2in1 hazard labelmore than just printed information
Transport goods containing hazardous substances are identified by small rectangular labels, known as hazard labels. These labels are usually 100x100mm in size and provide information about the hazard potential of the transported goods. BOXLAB Services offers all these labels in standard format in accordance with ADR guidelines. However, as some hazardous goods require several hazard labels, BOXLAB Services has searched intensively for a sustainable and simple way to combine several hazard labels. This is how the 2in1 hazard labels were developed, which are available in the 200x100mm format. This means you no longer have to attach 2 danger labels, just one large one.

2in1 HAZARD LABEL

BOXLAB Services offers 2in1 hazard labels from a quantity of 1. If you need larger quantities, we can supply them on a roll. 2in1 hazard labels not only save time when labeling, but also reduce sources of error. Our 2in1 hazard labels correspond to the format of 200x100mm and are seawater-resistant in accordance with BS 5609 Section III.

The importance of hazard labels

Safety for emergency services,
warehouse workers and end users

The importance of hazard labels is often underestimated, although they are of great importance as ADR labeling. Especially for emergency services, hazard labels are crucial information for recognizing the type of hazardous substances in an emergency. Transported goods with hazard labels also carry significant information for various other professional groups, such as warehouse workers, freight forwarders or even rescue workers. In addition, the hazard labels on product packaging also provide end users with important information on the safe handling of the substances they contain.

Already from quantity 1

Our hazard labels are available from a single order unit. This means that you, as a BOXLAB Services customer, can be extremely flexible in your day-to-day business and at the same time have the opportunity to significantly reduce your storage space and the associated costs. This not only affects the storage space itself, but also the storage conditions. Thanks to BOXLAB Services‘ on-demand deliveries, temperature-controlled warehouses have become superfluous.

Special regulations

Certain substances are subject to the strict regulations of the so-called special provisions in accordance with the Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). The list of these regulations extends over more than 50 pages, with special regulations 188, 219, 319 and 653 receiving particular attention. In this blog post, you can not only find detailed information on what is generally stipulated in the ADR on this topic, but also which additional requirements and provisions apply to the handling of dangerous goods in postal shipments.
