Which printers are the ribbons compatible with?

Our thermal transfer ribbons are compatible with printers from CAB, Zebra, Sato, TSC, Toshiba TEC, Avery Novexx, Godex, Weidmüller, and HellermannTyton, among others. We’d be happy to advise you on the right option for your model.

What is the difference between wax, wax/resin and resin ribbons?

  • Wax: ideal for paper labels, cost-effective
  • Wax/Resin: more durable, also suitable for plastic labels
  • Resin: extremely robust, for demanding applications such as chemicals or outdoor use

Can I also order colored thermal transfer ribbons?

Yes, in addition to black, we also offer special colors like red—depending on the material and printing system. Just contact us.

What does “inside” or “outside” wrapped mean?

This describes the winding direction of the ribbon on the roll. Depending on the printer model, an inside- or outside-wound ribbon is required – we supply the exact ribbon that fits your system.

Are seawater-resistant solutions possible?

Yes. In combination with suitable label materials and, for example, CAB printers, we offer marine-certified solutions according to BS5609 Part 3.
