A small idea with a big impact: PE panels instead of metal
Our submitted system solution pursues a clear goal: to make hazardous goods labeling simpler, quieter, safer, and more sustainable. Instead of traditional metal panels, we rely on robust, durable PE panels that can be applied residue-free with our BOXLAB hazardous goods labels and reused multiple times.
The key lies in the combination:
- PE instead of metal: No rusting, no rattling, no sharp edges
- Residue-free reuse: In combination with BOXLAB labels, the laborious cleaning or disposal of old signs is no longer necessary
- Practical application: Can be implemented immediately in workshops, warehouses, and everyday transport
- Sustainable design: Material savings, extended service life, better recyclability
What sounds unspectacular in theory has significant effects in practice: Less noise, reduced accident risks, less waste – and a clearly structured labeling process.
Recognition at specialist event - award ceremony in Munich
BOXLAB Services was not only represented as an exhibitor at the 35th Munich Dangerous Goods Days, but was also among the companies nominated for the Innovation Award. Our Managing Director Mischa Feig accepted the shortlist certificate in person – in the midst of a top-class specialist event that once again demonstrated the importance of exchange, innovation and practical relevance in the dangerous goods industry.

Our blank ADR warning signs serve as the basis for flexible hazardous goods labeling. They are weatherproof, reflective and resistant, ADR-compliant, equipped with a strong adhesive and ideal for changing UN numbers in combination with number labels
